Advanced Students at Candy Apple’s Candy Apple’s Dance Center was honored to host the Chapter 16/Ohio Dance Master’s “Closed Workshop Convention” on Sunday, September 21st. It was a wonderful time and the guest teachers were both educational and inspiring. Jay J seemed to be a real hit with his funky tap dance. CANDY APPLE’S DANCE CENTER CONGRATULATES LAURA SAVARIN! After performing and dancing with the Cleveland Cavs professionally for two seasons, Laura auditioned for the New York City Knicks this summer. In an intense competition of close to 500 girls from across the US, Laura was chosen as a new Knicks City Dancer. Upon moving to New York City immediately, Laura began choreography for the new basketball season that kicks off late October. She was also highlighted as a competition kid turned professional in the October issue of Dance Spirit. We are very proud of her accomplishments! |
